An article published on msn.co.uk recently reveals how todays young adults are finding it increasingly difficult to leave their parents home.

The reasons for this are not the fear of losing out on all of Mum's cooking or missing the weekly visits from the ironing fairy, but in fact relate much more closely to the financial realities of modern living.

To put it simply, today's youngsters simply cannot afford to leave home with the increasing burden of student debt, and the sharp increase in house prices comapred to earnings.
